    Lead enterprise-wide operational programs, including a full data and dashboard migration supporting 200+ clients that consolidated technology stacks and improved reporting speed, accuracy, and reliability. Served as lead program manager on the agency’s most complex, high-visibility initiatives while co-leading a PMO of 12 project managers and partnering with the C-suite on KPIs, risk management, and execution strategy.

  • POWER DIGITAL MARKETING (3 years)

    Oversaw operations for an 80+ person Creative organization spanning design, production, and delivery, ensuring teams were aligned, resourced, and operating efficiently at scale. Owned department reporting, performance analysis, and the creative technology stack while managing $31M+ in annual billable revenue and increasing profitability by 10% year over year.

  • RED DOOR INTERACTIVE (2 years)

    Managed delivery for enterprise, multi-channel brands, overseeing approximately $1.5M in annual billable work. Led cross-functional teams of 15+ strategists and creatives from scoping through launch, with full ownership of budgets, pacing, and execution across creative campaigns, web initiatives, and omni-channel activations.

  • PINT inc. (1 year)

    Led client communication and execution across multiple digital channels, managing advanced analytics and tracking for six web properties. Drove data-informed SEO, UX, and paid media strategies using tools like Google Analytics, Moz, FullStory, and TrackJS to improve performance and decision-making.

  • ROYA Inc. (2 years)

    Managed cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and SEO specialists to deliver large-scale digital projects. Oversaw and executed SEO and paid advertising initiatives, including analytics reporting, social campaigns, Google Ads, display advertising, content creation, and organic growth strategies.

2017

Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Point Loma Nazarene University (PLNU), and shortly after completed UC San Diego’s 6-month Full Stack Development certificate.

2017–2021

Worked across three technical and creative agencies of increasing scale, building a strong foundation in the creative process, project management, and all facets of digital execution.

2022

Joined Power Digital and stepped into a leadership role as AD, Creative Operations, supporting client-facing creative and technical work, leading multiple productions, owning the majority of SOW scoping and delivery, and reporting on the financial health of an 80+ person department.

2025–Present

Moved into Enterprise Operations as Associate Director, leading enterprise-wide initiatives across an 800+ person organization, including large-scale system migrations, data and dashboard modernization, and operational governance supporting 200+ clients.
